This marketing trick on youtube can apply to many different industries and not just Chiropractors.  It offers some good tips to help get your marketing message out there.

The Marketing Chiropractic System – How to Use This YouTube Trick to Attract New Patients in Droves

By Ben Cummings

If you are looking for a marketing chiropractic method that can drive in numerous patients in droves, than you will want to take another look at the new feature recently added by YouTube.

Reading this article teaches you a new tool YouTube recently added that allows many other people to share your office tour or educational video with their Facebook friends or Twitter followers, with one click of the button. Let’s get started.

How Big of An Opportunity is Using YouTube to Market Your Chiropractic Practice?

Your initial reaction might be, “Why should I put an office tour or an educational video about my chiropractic practice on YouTube? How will this help me get local patients?” Consider these YouTube facts:

  • YouTube is the 3rd most visited website in the world
  • YouTube is the second most popular search engine, second only to Google.
  • The average YouTube visitor watches 21 minutes of video daily!
  • And contrary to poplar belief, the average YouTuber is NOT a 13 year old pimply faced kid who can’t keep his bedroom clean. Actuality, 65% of the people who watch online videos are between 35 and 64 years of age and these folks are better off financially.

What this means for you: The sheer size and scope of YouTube means that chances are extremely good that local people doing local searches can easily stumble across your videos.

And another thing. Google (at the moment) seems to be in love with online video. If you use correct keywords in your video title – such as “Rochester Chiropractor Helps Stop Back Pain” – chances are extremely good that your video will show up very high in Google searches when people use these or similar keywords.  I’ve had many clients dominate the first page of Google within 4 hours of posting a video to YouTube and it resulted in new patients the same day.

What I Love Most About YouTube is the “Viral Component” of It

What I mean is that Joe sees your video on back pain, watches it, and then tells his friend Kevin about it and even emails him the link. I did some research on this and found this tidbit: 68% of people who watch online videos will in turn pass links to these videos onto their friends and family. This turns your videos into viral traffic machines.

A New Feature Just Added to YouTube Allows People to Share Your Videos Instantly:

YouTube recently added some new share buttons beneath every video. It gives the watcher three share options:

  • MySpace
  • Facebook
  • And now, drum roll please, Twitter

It enables the viewer to send your video’s link to all their Facebook and Twitter friends with one click. This can have the effect of turning one viewer into 3 or 10 or 20, again,  with one click of the button. Twitter is the most recent Social Media Website to be added.

Never Before Has the Ability to Spray Your Chiropractic Marketing Message to So Many People Been Made So Easy

It doesn’t end there. When Mary Twitters your video, now there’s a discussion that goes something like this:

“Have YOU ever used a chiropractor?”

“No, have you?”

“Yes, I love mine.”

“Who do YOU use?”

“Oh I use Dr Jones which is why I posted his video.”

This new YouTube feature opens up huge networking possibilities.

Should You Use PPC or SEO?

By: Blake Evans
The unbridled growth of e commerce means that you just cannot do without a website to take your business to the next level. But simply having a website is no guarantee to send you laughing all the way to the bank! In order to sell your goods and services via your website you must ensure that people actually visit your website. You may have heard that pay per click (PPC) and search engine optimization (SEO) are two great ways to draw traffic to your site, but then, which one should you use?

A Brief Description

Before you can decide whether to use PPC or SEO, you need to have a clear idea about what they are.

SEO:
You may know already that people who want to make a purchase on the internet take the help of search engines to provide them with multiple options which they can choose from. This is why search engine marketing methods are used to make sure that a webpage comes up towards the top of search results.

A combination of factors such as site content, coding and external linking can be altered to make sure that a site has high search engine ranking. This is called ‘search engine optimization’ or SEO.

PPC:
When the goal is to make money and promote your business, you cannot forget about advertising as a tool of search engine marketing. Pay per click or PPC is a process by which you can place adverts on various sites of your choice. Whenever a visitor to a particular site clicks on your ad and gets redirected to your site, you get charged. Hence the name, ‘pay per click’.

Your Gains
In order to choose between PPC and SEO you need to know what you stand to gain from each of these search engine marketing tools.
The benefits of PPC are:

•You do not need to alter your website at all.
•You only have to pay when your ad is clicked and not under any other circumstances.
•The results of a PPC campaign can be quantified (number of clicks etc.) and changes can be made accordingly.
•You can choose the keywords which you want to include in your ad as well as the page to which people get redirected to, when they click on the ad.
•It can provide results almost instantly, for example, within an hour or so after you have started the campaign.

The Benefits of SEO are:

•The visitors from natural search engine results do not cost you a dime.
•If you can achieve a high search engine ranking via SEO, then it will take a very long time for some other site to displace you. So you can enjoy the benefits of being at the top, for long.
•Visitors trust sites which rank high on search engine results.

The Right Choice

The best strategy therefore may be to start with PPC to generate immediate traffic for your site. As time passes you can invest more in SEO and phase out PPC, in order to build a sustainable position. Thus, an effective marketing strategy must consist of both PPC and SEO.
